Да всякое есть, и сарказм тоже, ибо тема сложная.

Спивающиеся щас - сопьются без проблем и похуй им закон и туда и дорога.
А вот ошалевшие от свободы 15тилетки уже не смогут пойти на ещём и мирно засядут играть за комп. ;-)
